I am so excited to be able to offer a method of classroom design that supports and encourages student independence in learning. Blending UDL and Scrum has enabled many of my students to develop new or stronger skills in self management and helped to trigger intrinsic motivation to do better because of their greater autonomy in learning. Even as they still cover the required standards and topics for my subject!
